Everyday Living is a 12-week lifestyle series for anyone wanting consistency in their growing process, and clarity of personal needs, rooted in intentional and simple living. This series is for people at the beginning of their self-care journey or who have achieved goals but have difficulty maintaining results. My individualized process helps you gain insight into the practices and beliefs integral when designing personal care systems. Together we determine areas in your life that require a creative approach, uncover the value of natural abilities, and ultimately help you respond to everyday moments, differently.

Throughout this process, you will ask yourself what you need to thrive (personally or creatively) and follow through with honest answers. We use the first part of the series to uncover your natural rhythm and routines -- intentions, methods, and exercises give shape to the value in identity-based habits. We start by recognizing the effects of making small changes, re-imagine goals, layout the foundation to initiate lasting changes, make space for the concept of minimalism, and examine what self-care feels like in real life. By the second half of the series, we focus our attention on your rituals. This is where we begin to design the meaningful practices behind your actions, and pay particular attention to your home -- the foundation -- where true change begins. By the end of our journey, you will have the tools to continue to align your beliefs and lifestyle with your daily practices and mindset.

This series encourages a new idea of growth in personal care, confidence, your home, and the influence of repeated actions. Through one-on-one discussions, video recordings, reflective observations exercises, and journal assignments, you will gain insight and manifest a customized guide of coping strategies on how to best manage and sustain positive practices and your living space.

This is a profoundly engaging life series, created for those who are prepared to spend the time to reflect and design a meaningful and intentional lifestyle that uplifts them. Throughout the 12 weeks, I provide you with the lessons and experiences vital to help you feel confident in your observations so you can identify aspects of what you need to flourish, move unapologetically for your truths, and discover the deeper meaning behind your daily actions as you recognize your needs and tendencies.

Every client will receive a creative living journal and workbook at the beginning of their session. Workbook includes: reflective observation practices, customized journal questions, environmental design, and more! This will help lead our conversations throughout our time together. When we finish you will have a personalized guide of coping strategies on how to best manage and sustain positive practices and your living space.

(Billed in two installments of $500)
